My stepmother loved the flowers! I was somewhat disappointed try the card. Apparently when I typed what I washed it to say I made an obvious typo (and became abd) and no one caught it so it went out that way. That tells me there’s not much of a personal touch for the service fee. Otherwise I was very happy with the product (she sent me a pic).
